RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you're allowed to return your purchase within 14 days of arrival. You must include the original packing slip inside the package that states your order number, so we can easily identify the order. You will have to purchase a return label yourself and send to it to the following address:

If you're located in Denmark, we suggest sending your return with GLS business parcel. If you're abroad, we suggest sending your return with UPS or DHL. We do not accept returns made to a parcel shop, otherwise they will be sent back to you. We strongly recommend keeping a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent, given that you're responsible for the package until it arrives directly to our warehouse.

 

OpéraSPORT does not accept returns that exceed our 14 day return policy, thus making them automatically sent back to you with the refund refused. We also do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. All items must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered inside the poly bag, including the packing slipand with all original OpéraSPORT tags still attached. Additionally, the free laundry bag that came with the order should also be returned. If the laundry bag is not returned, we will deduct 10€ from your refund. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.

 

Please note that damaged articles will not be accepted but instead will be sent back to the customer with the refund refused. As soon as we receive a returned article, it will undergo a quality control check according to our return policy mentioned above. All approved returns will be credited to the original card used for purchase. 

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU

 

Please note that custom fees are not included in the prices of our products. For orders outside the European Union, customers can be subject to international custom fees and additional taxes. Since custom policies and import fees vary widely from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order. 

 

EXCHANGES

 

It's not currently possible to exchange items online. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to return the original order and place a new order through our website.

 

REFUNDS

 

As soon as your return has been received and approved through our quality control check in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days. 

If you have any inquiries regarding your refund, please contact info@operasport.net, we aim to get back to you within 2-3 business days.

 

CLAIMS 

 

All goods are covered by the current Danish law, which gives customers 2 years to complain about a product. As a customer, you can complain about defects that occur within 2 years of purchase. However, if the defects are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear, the right to a complaint is denied.

If you have received an item with faults or damages, send an e-mail to our Customer service mail address, info@operasport.net, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include a picture of the garment showing the issue along with your order number, so we can process the claim as fast as possible.
